Job Title: Support Worker - Care Home

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at HC-One's care home. This is an excellent opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents and make a positive difference in their lives.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will work closely with a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities
  • Deliver emotional support and promote independence
  • Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse
  • Safeguarding residents from abuse, harm, or neglect
