About the Job:
We are looking for compassionate and skilled individuals to join our team as Companions. As a Companion, you will play a vital role in providing companionship and support to our residents. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents and help them maintain their independence. Your main responsibilities will include engaging in activities with our residents, such as cooking, baking, and gardening. You will also have the chance to accompany our residents on fun outings to local attractions or events.

This is a fulfilling career opportunity that offers a competitive salary of £12.40-£13.25 per hour, reviewed annually and regularly benchmarked. Zetland Court is part of a large charitable organization that provides residential care, nursing, and residential dementia support for up to 71 residents with permanent care or short-stay respite breaks. We have an in-house Training Manager who will assist you in your induction programme and a dedicated learning and development team to help you grow and progress your career in social care.
