Job Description

As an Assistant Manager at Greene King, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy pubs. You will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in leading the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business
  • Lead the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers
  • Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development
  • Be a champion of brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times
Requirements:
  • You will be passionate about delivering amazing experiences for customers
  • You will be great with people and have great communication and leadership skills
  • You will be able to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift
  • You will have a keen eye for every small detail and a desire to uphold high standards in all that you do
