Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to maximize income and enhance the shopping experience
- Sourcing and merchandising stock to maintain a visually appealing and profitable store environment
- Manage a team of volunteers and staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork
- Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency
- Understand and adhere to retail policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
