About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support clients with their physical and emotional needs, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
