Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Aspirare Recruitment. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running and efficient handling of all maintenance services on our client's site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently arrange the site-based engineering teams' workloads, including allocating PPM and reactive maintenance works.
- Liaise with 3rd party contractors to arrange maintenance work onsite.
- Regularly liaise with the site management team to build positive client relationships.
- Support the contracts manager in managing engineer shift rotation and producing monthly client reports.
- Utilize our in-house CRM system to organize engineering workload and upload required paperwork.
Requirements:
- A strong background working within the building services or facilities management industry, preferably with experience coordinating engineer's workload.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
