Occupational Therapist Role in Adult Community Settings

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Surrey, working with adults and children in the community to promote independence, well-being, and quality of life.

In this role, you will utilize your expertise in Occupational Therapy to conduct assessments, develop interventions, and provide recommendations for equipment and home adaptations. Your work will focus on empowering individuals and families to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

About the Position

As a key member of our social care team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality Occupational Therapy services, aligned with social care principles;
  • Conducting thorough assessments, risk evaluations, and providing expert recommendations;
  • Developing and implementing individualized plans to promote independence and well-being;
  • Maintaining effective relationships with families, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field;
  • Registration with the HCPC;
  • A valid driver's license;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of £23,199 - £24,794 (dependent on experience), along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous holiday package, local government pension scheme, lifestyle discounts, and career development opportunities.
