Learning Assistant

This Mental Health Teaching Assistant role is designed to provide a supportive and structured learning environment for students with SEMH needs. As a Learning Assistant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with students and colleagues, providing a consistent and supportive presence in the classroom, and supporting students with their educational and personal development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with SEMH needs
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Provide one-to-one support to students as needed
Working Arrangements:
* Term-time only, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4pm * Competitive daily rate: £80-£100 per day * On-site training and support * PAYE
Essential Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK (no Visa sponsorship)
- Enhanced DBS and/or overseas police check (as required)
Salary Information: £32,000 - £44,000 per annum
