Aspire People is seeking an experienced SEND Learning Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work one-to-one with children who require additional support in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans in collaboration with the SENCO and support staff.
  • Modify educational materials to suit individual learning styles and foster independent learning.
  • Set targets to enhance pupil confidence and self-esteem.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Special Educational Needs, such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, and behavioral disorders.
  • Able to adapt to diverse backgrounds and experiences.
