About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team at The Lower Third, a vibrant neighborhood bar and music venue. As a Cocktail Bartender, you'll be responsible for crafting cocktails and other beverages to the highest standards, while providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a fun and supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft cocktails and other beverages to hotel quality standards

• Contribute creatively to menu developments and cocktail specials

• Prepare the bar for service, maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization

• Work fast and efficiently, maintaining a clean environment

• Take and deliver beverage orders, issuing and collecting payments using a POS system

About You

We're looking for someone with relevant experience in cocktail bars, high service standards, and a strong classic cocktail knowledge. You'll need to be committed to your work, able to keep calm under pressure, and possess an acute attention to detail. If you're passionate about entertainment, creativity, and people from all walks of life, you'll fit right in with our team.
