Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Dishoom. As a Cocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our bar operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, coffee, and Chai to our guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the bar team to maintain a clean and organized bar environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the success of our bar operations, including managing cash handling and inventory.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
  • Knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to learn and adapt to our menu.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
