As an Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership, focusing on driving profitability and delivering outstanding customer journeys. With a strong background in automotive or mechanical experience, you'll be able to divide your time between the workshop, working alongside technicians, and assisting with daily sales and customer service.

We're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills, with access to hybrid training, ATA, and MOT Tester qualifications. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including:

  • Competitive salary: £26,175 - £33,000 per annum
  • Average uncapped bonus: £7,100 per year (with potential to earn more)
