About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Cecil Court, Central and Cecil. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for supervising a dedicated team of caring professionals and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure that care standards are maintained at the highest level
  • Administer medication and provide personal care to residents as needed
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience of working in a residential care setting, preferably with a focus on dementia care
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and patient approach to care
