About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Central and Cecil, a forward-thinking and innovative charitable provider of housing, care, and bespoke services exclusively for older people in London.

As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a dedicated team of caring professionals, working with them to ensure standards of care are maintained at the highest level and that each resident's individual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care home
  • Administer medication and provide personal care to residents as needed
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with CQC standards
  • Provide training and support to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Experience of working in a residential care setting, preferably with people with dementia
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and patient approach to care
