Risk and Business Assurance Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Business Assurance Lead to join our team at Golding Homes. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying, managing, and reporting on risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement our Risk Management Framework, ensuring it is aligned with best practice and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee our combined assurance program, engaging with Risk Owners to ensure timely maintenance of records.
- Develop and embed risk management policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring they are effective and compliant.
- Support the coordination of Key Risk identification, recording, and reporting, providing insight and clarity on risk scale and velocity.
Requirements
- Experience in developing risk management processes and embedding them across organizations.
- Experience of maintaining strict confidentiality and applying sound judgment.
- Professional certification or membership of risk management (e.g. IRM) and detailed knowledge of housing sector regulatory requirements.
