About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Lead to join our team at Golding Homes. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying, managing, and reporting on risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our Risk Management Framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the combined assurance program, engaging with Risk Owners to ensure timely record-keeping.
  • Develop and embed risk management policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with best practice.
  • Support the coordination of Key Risk identification, recording, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience in developing risk management processes and embedding them across organizations.
  • Previous experience in managing internal audit and/or other assurance programs.
  • Experience in managing a corporate insurance portfolio, including annual reviews and claims.
  • Professional certification or membership of risk management (e.g. IRM).
  • Detailed knowledge of housing sector regulatory requirements.
