Risk and Business Assurance Lead

About the Role
Golding Homes is seeking a highly skilled Risk and Business Assurance Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective risk management practices are embedded throughout the business.
- Design and implement internal controls and mitigations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the combined assurance program and engage with risk owners to ensure timely recording and reporting of risks.
- Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with best practice and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management processes and procedures.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certification or membership in a risk management organization (e.g. IRM).
