Nursery Assistant SEN Position Available

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring SEN Nursery Assistant to join our Philosophy Education team. In this role, you will provide 1 to 1 support for a non-verbal child with autism, helping them access play-based activities and developing their communication skills through Makaton.
About the ChildThe child requires personal care support, including changing and feeding, and has recently received an EHCP. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with under-5s with special educational needs and be able to provide a caring, dedicated approach.
The BenefitsThis is a full-time position, starting immediately on an ongoing contract. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits such as professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
