Your duties will include budget management, facilitating inspections by regulatory bodies, and upskilling staff to ensure they lead their relevant areas or rooms effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety and practical hygiene issues, as well as excellent working knowledge of the current Early Years Inspection Framework and child safeguarding requirements.
