**SEN Teaching Assistant Job Opportunity**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. Our agency works with various schools in the South West and Worcestershire, offering flexible and long-term roles for individuals looking to expand their knowledge and background in SEN teaching.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SEN/SEMH and/or pastoral care, with a comprehensive understanding of support and intervention programmes for SEND. They will also possess patience, a nurturing and kind mindset, flexibility, and previous experience working with children.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Delivering support and intervention programmes for SEND pupils
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to provide a nurturing environment
  • Utilizing knowledge of behavioural management and SEN/SEMH requirements to support pupils
