Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to drive forward our B2B sales strategy and maintain ongoing relationships with intermediaries in the property finance industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, be self-motivated and results-oriented, and able to work independently as part of a team. Experience with CRM software is preferred but training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing intermediaries
  • Introducing products and services to potential intermediary partners via outbound calls
  • Identifying customer needs and presenting requirements to internal stakeholders
  • FOLLOWING up on leads and maintaining accurate records of interactions using a CRM platform

The role offers a basic salary of £23,900 plus commission, along with additional company benefits including company pension, death in service from Day One, daily parking paid for by the company, and plenty of fun social events throughout the year.

In this office-based role, you will work Monday to Friday 09am to 5:30pm, with subsidised parking available. This is an excellent opportunity for growth and development within a well-established company.
