Sales Development Representative

At Rubicon People Partnership, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for converting leads into qualified prospects and propelling the sales pipeline, whilst creating and executing inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and qualify opportunities from prospecting and marketing leads.
- Engage with prospects through various channels, providing detailed product demonstrations.
- Consistently meet opportunity quotas and execute strong prospecting plans.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective strategies and track activities using Salesforce.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and disseminate opportunities to account managers.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in lead generation and sales, preferably in IT or cyber security.
- CRM proficiency and SDR best practice knowledge.
- Strong cold calling skills, maintaining high outbound call volumes.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable, with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a hunter mentality.
- Proven ability to perform on own initiative and multitask.
