Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Secretary to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will play a crucial role in managing legal documentation and providing administrative support to our legal team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage legal documentation related to conveyancing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including preparing legal contracts and coordinating with clients and other legal professionals.
  • Conduct legal research and compile case files, utilizing strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law.
  • Handle client enquiries and provide information, utilizing excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
