We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Secretary to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will play a crucial role in managing legal documentation related to conveyancing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage legal documentation and ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including coordinating with clients and other legal professionals
- Prepare legal contracts for property transactions and conduct research to compile case files
- Handle client enquiries and provide information, as well as assist with ad hoc projects as required
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to liaise with clients and professionals
- Proficient use of legal software and Microsoft Office
