As a key member of our team, the A&E Optometrist will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and service at Asda Opticians. We prioritize the health and wellbeing of our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

We have a strong commitment to supporting our Optometrists in gaining additional accreditations, enabling them to provide a wide range of care for eye conditions. This investment in our team's development ensures they have the necessary skills to meet the evolving eye care needs of our customers.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role is perfect for a skilled Optometrist looking to make a difference in a dynamic team committed to excellence in healthcare. We seek a candidate who can contribute to our store's excellent service levels and build strong relationships within our team and community.

Requirements:

  • A fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOC
  • A registered performer with their NHS area team or health board
  • MEDs or WECs accredited (or willing to gain accreditation within 12 months)
  • On track to meet statutory points requirement for CPD
  • Able to use skills and passion to deliver memorable customer experiences
