Job Title: Outbound Contact Centre Agent

Location: Head office in Bristol

Role Overview:
As an outbound contact centre agent, you will be responsible for creating appointments for design consultants through outbound phone calls. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £11.44 per hour plus commission (approximately £300 extra per month). Additional benefits include full training, free car parking, staff discount, and a company pension scheme.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound phone calls to create appointments for design consultants.
  • Ensure all calls are made within defined time periods.
  • Use correct scripts and incorporate specific promotions.
  • Book appointments according to current policies and standards.
  • Enter data accurately into Call Centre Manager and Lead Manager systems.
