KPMG is seeking to recruit a Senior Manager specializing in Enterprise Performance Solutions (EPS)

KPMG's Powered Enterprise is a cutting-edge approach to Enterprise Business Transformation, leveraging cloud-based solutions that are underpinned by a structured back-office function and KPMG's comprehensive six-layer Target Operating Model. This innovative solution integrates KPMG's best practices, capabilities, and insights with advanced ERP technologies from leading vendors such as Oracle.

The Powered Applications teams at KPMG are dedicated to executing SaaS ERP and EPS transformation initiatives based on the Powered Enterprise framework. They apply their expertise in critical areas such as Financial Planning, Procurement, and Analytics, alongside their knowledge of cloud applications like Oracle and Workday, to enhance client programs and refine the Powered Enterprise model. KPMG is expanding its Powered Applications team and is looking for IT management consultants with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Manager:
  • Project Leadership: Directing programs and projects, ensuring the quality of client deliverables and reports
  • Risk Oversight: Recognizing and managing potential risks while ensuring robust risk management practices
  • Team Development: Leading sizable teams, mentoring team members, and fostering professional growth
  • Practice Advancement: Contributing significantly to business growth and thought leadership initiatives
  • Client Engagement: Building and nurturing client relationships, spearheading business development efforts
Qualifications:
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience
  • Experience across various industry sectors
  • Familiarity with Oracle EPS Cloud products and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes
  • Experience in the design and implementation of EPS applications such as EPBCS and FCCS
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting processes along with data management
  • Experience with governance controls, change management, and data quality assurance
  • Experience in a cloud-based environment and user experience-focused design
Essential Skills:
  • Eligibility for National Security Vetting at the Security Check (SC) level
  • Exceptional documentation, reporting, and presentation abilities
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to distill complex information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and make informed, data-driven decisions
