Job Description

At KPMG, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Powered Enterprise team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale EPM transformation programmes for our clients, leveraging your expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver multiple full life cycle implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud products, including EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, DM, and EDMCS.
  • Design and implement EPM applications, focusing on functional, application, and technical architectural elements.
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership papers and new methodologies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Establish and develop relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, leading business development activities and proposal development.
  • Manage and mentor engagement teams, accelerating team member development and ensuring the Firm's frameworks are implemented effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience in leading and delivering multiple full life cycle implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud products.
  • Strong understanding of the key business issues/drivers that result in clients pursuing transformation programmes.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear and compelling way.
  • Highly proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Projects.
  • Ability to operate and implement in a cloud environment, with a strong understanding of the impacts of implementing and operating on the cloud versus on-premise.
