Luxury Hospitality Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our luxury hospitality project team in delivering a high-end residential property in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and joinery experience on residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading on-site supervision and construction management, ensuring design integrity throughout the building process.
  • Coordinating with external consultants to ensure practical, cost-effective, and durable designs are achieved.
  • Monitoring project progress, reporting on issues, and identifying solutions.

Requirements

  • A degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Project Management Studies, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Fit-Out Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Site architect, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Fluency in English—both written and verbal is essential.
  • Experience managing remote teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Salary

An attractive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per year, depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
