Job Title: Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the care and rehabilitation of patients with stroke.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the rehabilitation beds on the stroke unit, ensuring seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with external partners to optimize transitions of care and ensure a coordinated service for patients with stroke.
  • Be accountable for the delivery of stroke rehabilitation, working closely with our Consultant Physiotherapist and other healthcare professionals.
