Residential Property Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Sales Manager to lead our team in Stratford. As a key member of our sales and lettings department, you will be responsible for driving growth and market share through effective sales and lettings strategies.
Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day running of the branch, identifying areas for improvement, and overseeing all aspects of sales and lettings. You will also set and review office and personal targets, conduct property market appraisals and viewings, and motivate the sales and lettings team.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3 years' experience in residential sales and lettings, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams. You must possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and target-driven, with a full UK driving license and own car.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£60,000 (OTE) plus a generous commission structure, career progression opportunities, training, and a friendly office environment.
