In this position, you will be responsible for reading manuscripts, writing reports, and providing coverage of general book news.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in literature and a keen eye for identifying potential bestsellers.

As a Literary Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping us identify and acquire new titles that align with our company's vision and goals.

You will also work closely with our scouting team and clients to provide expert advice and support.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the publishing process and be able to identify potential opportunities for translation and adaptation.

The salary for this position is £26,800-£28,300 per year, depending on experience.
