About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Literary Assistant to join our team at BookBrunch Limited. As a key member of our Soho office, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the business.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the office diary, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
* Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and authors
* Check and review contracts to ensure compliance
* Handle phone calls and respond to queries from authors, publishers, and other stakeholders
* Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
