Outreach Program Manager

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Outreach Manager to join our team at Prism Independent School. As part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our outreach program, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver our outreach program, focusing on delivering curriculum and education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative schemes of work and lesson plans.
- Monitor and review pupil progress, ensuring teaching quality and assessments meet high standards.
- Oversee quality assurance and registration with awarding bodies, ensuring compliance with exam guidelines and policies.
- Supervise staff, student placements, and volunteers, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
- Manage outreach teachers, support staff, safeguarding, and health and safety, maintaining a culture of excellence.
- Analyse and manage pupil progression data, identifying areas for improvement.
- Work within an agreed framework, ensuring the quality assurance process meets external requirements.
- Manage the quality assurance process, ensuring all work is stored, marked, and updated in line with PRISM's Policies.
- Fully participate in PRISM's communication structure, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
- Produce reports against set targets, tracking progress and achievements.
- Collaborate with other in-house projects to ensure pupils receive a seamless service, promoting a cohesive approach.
- Ensure the implementation of PRISM Independent School's Policies, maintaining a strong commitment to our values.
- Develop and write schemes of work for curriculum and enrichment areas, enhancing the learning experience.
- Deliver sessions to an agreed standard, ensuring a high-quality learning environment.
- Enable pupils to take ownership of their learning, promoting independence and self-motivation.
- Provide supervision and guidance while using the provision, fostering a sense of security and trust.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders, promoting a culture of respect and understanding.
- Act as an advocate for PRISM both internally and externally, promoting our mission and values.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with partners, particularly district-wide schools, promoting collaborative partnerships.
- Make appropriate referrals to specialist agencies, ensuring access to additional support services.
- Promote and develop work with pupils and the community, enhancing the learning experience.
- Work to established time scales, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
- Attend and deliver required training, enhancing professional development and skills.
- Manage delivery staff teams, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Complete quality assurance of external centres and provisions used by pupils, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Manage outreach staff teams, promoting collaboration and cooperation.
- E nsure robust transition and reintegration processes, supporting pupils' academic and personal growth.
- Plan a broad curriculum for all pupils linked to in-house teaching, promoting a cohesive approach.
- Conduct half-termly data drops onto the MIS, tracking progress and achievements.
- Ensure efficient timetables for staff and pupils, promoting a smooth learning environment.
- Ensure health and safety and safeguarding requirements are met, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
- Manage lone working policy and procedures, promoting a culture of safety and awareness.
- Conduct welfare checks at least twice weekly, ensuring pupils' well-being is a priority.
- Maintain behaviour plans and risk assessments for all pupils, promoting a culture of understanding and support.
- Keep up-to-date files for each pupil, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure effective communication with parents/carers and professionals, promoting collaboration and partnership.
- Complete necessary paperwork for local authorities and referring agencies, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Minimally 50% delivery required, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
- Ensure staff sessions are covered, promoting a smooth learning environment.
- Conduct weekly team meetings and update engagement trackers, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
- Carry out tasks and duties as required by the Head of PRISM Independent School, maintaining a strong commitment to our values and mission.
