Senior Business Development Manager for Institutional Clients

Role Overview
Fidelity Digital Assets is seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive sales growth and expand our institutional client base. As a Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for shaping our go-to-market strategies, developing and executing sales plans, and identifying opportunities to monetize internal and external distribution channels.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product and strategy teams.
- Represent the voice of the market and the customer with internal teams, including product, marketing, legal, risk, compliance, and relationship management.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on institutional clients.
- Strong understanding of the asset management market, with a preference for experience in the EU region.
- Ability to quickly size up market opportunities, strategize business partnerships, and negotiate deals.
- Experience managing a client pipeline and driving results in a collaborative and customer-obsessed way.
