Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our shops. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the growth of the business, controlling costs, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the shop, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer service.
- Lead and develop a team of retail staff, providing training and support to achieve high levels of performance.
- Manage stock and produce, ensuring high levels of quality and freshness.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Recruit and manage new team members as required.
- Manage shop displays and maintain a welcoming environment for customers.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £30,000 to £34,000 depending on experience.
- Free meal provided every shift and 50% off all other food.

Requirements
- Experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
