Process Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Process Supervisor to join our team at DHL eCommerce UK Limited. As a key member of our National Hub operation, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient throughput of traffic within our sortation areas.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse operatives and ensuring that all operational resources are deployed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy operational resources in accordance with work area requirements and maintain records of staff and agency personnel.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to promote a coaching and feedback culture.
- Ensure pre and post-shift equipment checks are completed and reported in accordance with work area requirements.
- Monitor and achieve KPI targets in accordance with work area requirements.
- Take initiative and make decisions that benefit colleagues, customers, and the operation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a comparable or acting supervisory role.
- Experience of managing large teams (20+).
