Process Supervisor

About the Role:We are seeking a Process Supervisor to join our team at the National Hub. As a key supervisory role, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse operatives and ensuring the safe and efficient throughput of traffic within the various sortation areas of the National Hub operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Deploy operational resources effectively and maintain records of staff and agency deployment.
- Provide training and development opportunities to encourage a coaching and feedback culture.
- Ensure pre and post-shift equipment checks are completed and reported.
- Meet or exceed KPI targets in accordance with work area requirements.
- Take initiative and make decisions that benefit colleagues, customers, and the operation.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a comparable or acting supervisory role.
- Experience managing large teams (20+).
