Our Kitchen Team

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for championing excellent service through quality food, leading and developing a team, and maintaining effective controls with regard to both GP and labour.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a natural leader with a passion for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment. As our ideal candidate, you will have experience championing excellent service, a passion for leading and developing a team, and excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety, and working closely with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials. If you're a proactive and organized individual with a focus on driving sales and delivering growth, we'd love to hear from you.
