Job Title: Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) while ensuring a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service for the service user.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports (PBR).
  • Manage caseloads from end to end, including delivering assessments and managing cases to conclusion.
  • Assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic.
  • 1+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.

Benefits:

  • Basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500.
  • 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality and retention bonus.
  • OTE: £45,650.
  • Hybrid full-time, part-time working hours available.
  • Training options: 12 weeks (full-time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), and 17 weeks (3 days per week).
