Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ABA Consultant to join our clinical team at Beam ABA Services.



As a part-time ABA Consultant, you will oversee the design and analysis of ABA programmes, working with young people and their families while supporting a team of Behaviour Support Therapists.



The ideal candidate will have an MSc and/or BCBA qualification in ABA, along with practical experience working with young people with complex behavioural needs.



You will work closely with our Senior ABA Consultant, Registered Manager, and Director to achieve our organisation's goals.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversight of ABA programme design and analysis
  • Collaboration with Behaviour Support Therapists and young people
  • Team support and development
  • External stakeholder management
  • Programme development and implementation


Requirements:


  • MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis
  • BCaBA or BCBA (or working towards BCBA)
  • 2+ years of supervisory responsibilities in the applied field
  • Experience managing teams and direct Line Management responsibility
