Platform Business Manager/PMO Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Platform Business Manager/PMO to join our client's Finance BM team in London. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting assigned labs, focusing on budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, and resource management.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and month-end reconciliations for assigned labs.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders in accordance with project needs.
  • Utilise systems such as Clarity, SAP, Ariba, and Jira for project tracking and financial management.
  • Ensure all requirements across assigned labs are met on time through effective stakeholder management and coordination with lab contacts.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, and resource management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Clarity, SAP, Ariba, and Jira.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
