We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst/PMO to work alongside an experienced Programme Manager in delivering a critical client project. This role will provide full-time (5 days/week) support, complementing the Programme Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day project management activities, stakeholder communication, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily project operations and coordinate activities across project teams
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and report on key metrics
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports
- Identify and manage risks and issues, escalating to the Programme Manager as needed
- Support the Programme Manager in strategic decision-making and governance
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and manage client expectations
- Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning
- Perform quality assurance on project deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and knowledge base
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or business analysis
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic project environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience in the client's industry sector (Financial Services)
- Familiarity with business process modelling techniques
- Knowledge of change management principles

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
