Model Based Systems Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Systems Engineer to join our team in Prestwick, UK.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields, with a strong understanding of engineering tools and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain complex system models, using tools such as SysML and Matlab/Simulink.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with specialist engineers to develop and implement modeling optimization strategies.
- Conduct thorough analysis of system performance, using data-driven approaches to optimize design and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Aerospace or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of engineering tools, including SysML, Matlab/Simulink, and Cameo System Modeller.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box.
Salary is £59,231 per annum, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
