Cadence Resourcing is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead a team of dynamic developers.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the software development life cycle by overseeing design and development phases and ensuring seamless integration of DevOps practices.
  • Increasing innovation and the maturity of the software development lifecycle processes and controls and the timely delivery of software solutions.
  • Manage and maintain information systems and lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Develop and implement software development methodologies and best practices to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of the full software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in C#,.NET Framework, JavaScript frameworks, and associated technologies and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing software development projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
