About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Software Development Manager to lead our.NET team at Accessplc. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dynamic team of software developers in the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
  • Manage development teams using AGILE methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban), sprints, retrospectives, and backlog management.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of software projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of the full software development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and best practices.
  • Expertise in the Software Development Lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
  • Significant demonstrable experience of managing development teams using AGILE methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban), sprints, retrospectives, and backlog management.
  • Experience with C#,.NET Framework, JavaScript frameworks, and associated technologies and methodologies.
