Clinical Nursing Team Member

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Nursing Team Member to join our team at Martlesham Heath Surgery.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated nurse to work in a collaborative and innovative environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care, with a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills.
About the Role:- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- To develop and implement effective nursing plans to meet the needs of patients with complex health conditions.
- To conduct health checks and other clinical procedures.
- To monitor and manage patient conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
- To provide patient education and lifestyle advice to promote health and well-being.
- To work effectively in a team environment, communicating regularly with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Degree-qualified nurse with experience in primary care.
- Strong knowledge of SystmOne and other relevant clinical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
