Our dynamic clinical team at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our Bank workforce. As a Bank worker, you will have the opportunity to work in various clinical areas, gaining valuable experience and developing your skills.
Key Duties:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' nursing needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating care delivery.
- Collect, collate, and report information, maintaining accurate patient records in line with NMC guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
Essential Requirements:
- Active registration with the NMC / HCPC.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development linked to clinical competencies.
- Minimum 12 months post-registration experience.
