Office Coordinator Job Description

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join their team in Taunton, Somerset. As a key member of the Operations team, you will work closely with the team to assist with clients' staffing requirements and complete relevant paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search existing databases to match candidates to roles
  • Onboard new candidates
  • Create travel plans for contractors
  • Upkeep of CRM databases
  • General administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience within a customer/client-facing role
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an office environment
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Competent user of MS Office
  • Desirable - experience with CRM / ATS software
