Pensions Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pensions Officer to join our Member Services department in Goole.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the Local Government Pension Scheme, providing a high level of service to our members, and working as part of a team to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Administer the Local Government Pension Scheme, including processing member applications and managing scheme records.
- Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets and meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of complex legislation and terminology related to the Local Government Pension Scheme.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in the administration of the Local Government Pension Scheme.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with members and colleagues at all levels.
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A good standard of education, including Maths and English.
